Come and meet your neighbors! Bring a frisbee, a football, a picnic, and your family to this neighborhood event hosted by LCS Activities Committee. Curbing crime in our area will be much easier if we get to know one another.
About fifteen officers attended and were welcomed to pizzas and pop. This was a great opportunity to meet and talk with officers that regularly patrol our neighborhood. Sgt. Wheeler informed the Board that crime in the Northwest district is getting worse overall and especially in select areas but that if Liberty Creek South wants to remain fairly quiet we should be vigilant to our neighbor’s properties, report suspicious activity and be selective and careful in renting properties. Any emergency should be reported to 9-1-1 but non-emergency situations can be reported to IMPD by calling 327-3811.
