The 388 homes in Liberty Creek South were built in the 1980s. Most are two-story with siding; all have two-car garages. There are some ranch-style homes as well.
Liberty Creek South residents share amenities through Liberty Glen Amenities, Inc. This includes two playgrounds, picnic areas, tennis court, swimming pool and a clubhouse. Rental fees do apply for use of the clubhouse.
Amenities maintenance including pool management, mowing, landscaping, and snow removal is contracted through private vendors by Liberty Glen Amenities, Inc. and paid from homeowner annual assessments.
